    I was very happy with Dick Genthe, my sales guy, Duane Hess, was very helpful, answered any questions I had. I am not happy that I got a "lemon" vehicle. But Dick Genthe and GM made it right and got me in a brand new vehicle.

    This is my second purchase from Genthe Chevrolet, my first being a pre-owned 2008 HHR which I still drive today. It was time to replace my old truck with something new so my first (and last) stop was Genthe's. First to the Pre-owned dept where I met Barry Goudy. One of the friendliest and straight forward salesmen I've dealt with. From there I went to the new vehicle dept. where a I talked to a salesman named Jony Ahmed, who either doesn't know squat about what he's selling or just tells people what they want to hear. I was told by Jony that he could get me a Silverado with a V6 engine, which is just not true. So, I decided to go to another dealership, which convinced me to get a new vehicle. Not because of what I was told, but because of a truck I saw there. Back to Genthe and Barry Goudy I went. Barry hooked me up with Jake Gignac. Another straight shooting and friendly salesman. He found me the truck I was looking for and took the time to show the features of the truck when I picked it up. So Barry and Jake, good people to deal with. Jony Ahmed, not so much. I do hope the service I receive from Genthe Chevrolet is as good now as it was in the past.
