Dick Genthe Chevrolet partnered with the Southgate Little League because of the league's proximity to the dealership. Equipment donated by Dick Genthe Chevrolet included items such as bags, batting tees, catcher's gear, water bottles and Chevrolet Youth Baseball T-shirts. The sponsorship also included youth clinics featuring current and former MLB/MiLB players and coaches, and instructors from Ripken Baseball and the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association.
"We truly enjoyed being involved with Southgate Little League this year," said Wise. "This partnership gave us the opportunity to support the love of the game and we are thrilled to have achieved such positive results for the community." In 2015, nearly 1,500 Chevrolet dealers participated in Chevy Youth Baseball.
